Managing Consultant

Sheyi provides guidance across the business. He is a cross sector transformation specialist with deep industry knowledge in project and business change transformation across a broad spectrum of sectors.

​Sheyi is an expert in delivering successful strategy and transformation projects within both public and private sector organisations including listed multinational IT, Utilities and Energy companies in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia including NOC’s, IOC’s such as BP, BG, LNG, Shell (SPDC, SNEPCO, NAM, PDO), Thames Water, Northumbrian Water Group (NWG) to name a few.

Shaheena Rasool
Consultant Partner

Shaheena has a successful track record of over 15 years working on global wealth management projects in Business Analysis & Project Management roles. She has worked with Rothschild Private Bank, Standard Chartered ​Bank, Allied Irish Bank and Erste Group on projects up to £2 million.

​She has worked with wealth management companies to achieve cost efficiency, reputation management and IT system change through streamlining and carefully managing the project life cycle.

She has gained certificates in Prince2, Agile PM and Analysis.

Reema Raisinghani
Advisor

Reema provides strategic focused procurement expertise on leading procurement change management programmes, advising companies on procurement and sourcing strategy, identifying and leading cost efficiency saving programmes, procurement optimisation and policy and process design.

​Her extensive experience has given her a solid understanding on current business challenges and how to design and implement procurement strategies that bring hard and soft savings across the business. Reema brings her expertise having worked with multinational Luxury Goods, Retail, Fashion, Automotive, Consumer Goods and BPO providers.

We support various charities and raise funds throughout the year via sports activities, challenges and in-house events to raise awareness and funds. So far we have worked closely with the Charity Golf Club (www.charitygolfclub.org) to raise funds while playing a sport we like. We are also working with Success Accelerator (SA). SA nurtures an environment for students to fulfil their potential to attain careers in the City with improved self-reflection, communication and technology skills, in partnership with the University of Kent.

Oclas Group is passionate about giving back and in 2018, we lunched our foundation www.oclasfoundation.org to raise funds and awareness for single parents.
