Process Implementation Lead, Shell Collaborative Working Environment programme. Led the process implementation team across multiple international assets, with an estimated annual benefit of more than US$75m in production efficiency. Well restart times fell from around six days to under three, field travel reduced by 15%, and the programme contributed to an estimated 3% net production increase against prior decline.

Business Process Workstream Lead. Led a remote-operations study for a major offshore gas facility, mapping manual interventions and designing the operating model and maintenance strategy for minimal-personnel operations. Around 80% of maintenance hours were corrective; the roadmap shifted that towards predictive and preventive.

Business Process Workstream Lead. Led a transformation workstream covering management of change, root cause analysis, KPIs and loss capture, helping turn recurring operational losses into permanently addressed issues. Later supported a major shutdown and turnaround, including stakeholder and decision-rights work before the plant came down.

Our approach is shaped by more than twenty years of experience built personally by Sheyi N. Lisk-Carew across operators, utilities, consultancies and public-sector programmes. That experience is the foundation of the practice, but the historic engagements and results remain Sheyi's personal career track record.
We keep the model senior-led. The Principal stays closely involved, and trusted senior delivery partners are brought in where the scope needs additional specialist capability. As Oclas grows, the same standards of evidence, accountability and practical delivery apply.

Our approach is consistent whether the asset is an offshore platform, a refinery or a water network. We map the process as it is documented, then validate it alongside the people doing the work. We identify where the documented process and the real one differ, quantify what those gaps cost, and separate what can be fixed now from what genuinely needs system change.
