Business Process Workstream Lead. Led an operational transformation workstream covering management of change, root cause analysis, KPIs, loss capture, training and embedding.

02Focus of the work

The work was about making improvement part of normal operations rather than leaving it as a one-off initiative. That included process design, measures, loss capture and practical training around the new ways of working.

03Turnaround support

Later supported a major shutdown and turnaround, including stakeholder and decision-rights work to improve alignment before the plant came down.
